    Daycare/Learning Centers request for books

    Please use this form to request more books. 

    Note that at this time we can only service centers within a 30 minute drive from Pennsauken. If your center is outside that radius, we encourage you to reach out and schedule a book bank visit to acquire books in that way.

    Rishawn will be in touch to arrange delivery.  
    In the section below, please enter how many boxes of books and of what reading level.
    Example:  Requesting 3 boxes of Infant/Toddler and 2 picture boxes=410 books total
    Infant/toddler=70 bks/box
    Picture (Pre-K-2nd)=100 bks/box
    Easy Chapter (2nd-4th)=70 bks/box
    Harder Chapter (4th-7th)=65 bks/box
    ​Upper Mid/HS=65bks/box
