What is a Junk Journal?

A junk journal is a handmade book crafted from recycled, upcycled, and secondhand materials like old book pages, packaging, ticket stubs, and fabric scraps. Unlike traditional scrapbooking, there are no strict rules; it is a highly personalized space for memory-keeping, collage, writing, and creative play.
