Nick Ferroni Visits Book Bank

History teacher, activists and social media influencer, Nick Ferroni visited the BookSmiles Book Bank on Sunday, December 3.  Larry shared his experience as a young teacher that he would go dumpster-diving for perfectly good books for his classroom library.  That was until a police officer caught him and told him he was trespassing.  
Years later, that humiliating experience stuck with Larry and was one of the reasons he started BookSmiles.  Providing books to teachers through the 'Teacher Take' program is one way BookSmiles distributes books to children.
