VOLUNTEER TO SORT
Volunteer sorters are critical to our success. Literacy advocates and passionate book-people like you help us distribute thousands of books every week to children, teachers, librarians, and caregivers across the state. Together, we give children who really need books the means to thrive in school and life! Due to the popularity of our sorting sessions, please limit your volunteering to no more than four slots each month.

*Children 13 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult/guardian.
Large Group Sorting Sessions
For large groups up to 20 volunteers, please set up a date/time with our Operations Manager, Karen Hamilton. She can be reached at [email protected]
Some things to know...
*You will be sorting in a warehouse. Please wear closed toe shoes to protect your feet!
* It is dusty and your hands will get a bit dirty. We do have disposable gloves for your use.
*It can get hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We do not have A/C in the warehouse, only fans. And we keep it cool in the winter.
