BookSmiles and Back-To-School

It was a beautiful thing last night to return to Carusi Middle School's back-to-school night, this time not as a parent but as a guy representing BookSmiles.  What a supportive staff and what great kids who helped collect from parents walking in with armfuls of books!

We gathered 450 books and the momentum builds to help all children, including babies, start and build their own personal libraries.

The Carusi drive continues for the next week! Bring them in!
