BookSmiles' Huge Summer Collection

BookSmiles collected 2,380 books over the summer!  That's about 50 full cases, a small truck-load.  As the school year gears up, we're ready,to help tots and their families build a children's library right in their homes! Several generous people helped with the donations, the largest of which came from two places: Kellman Brown Academy in Voorhees and The Crosswicks Public Library.  A big thanks to Debbie Drachman, the librarian at Crosswicks, Jessica Broomfield, an English Teacher at KBA, and Stacy Shenker, who gathered books through Community Holman. You all rock and you have my sincere thanks.

The Goldberg family of Marlton contacted me on Labor Day, saying that they had several boxes containing 380 pristine books, the largest donation yet from one family. Incredible!
